§ 102-185. Enforcement of article provisions.

(a)

The police department and code enforcement officers shall have concurrent authority to enforce the provisions of this article.

(b)

The city council directs the police department and code enforcement officers to enforce the provisions of this article with diligence in order to protect the peace, quiet and enjoyment of the citizens of the city.
