§ 106-26. Utilities accounting department.

There is hereby created the utilities accounting department. The personnel classification system of this department shall be that of Ordinance No. 4751, as amended, and all employees of this department shall be employees of the city, with all rights, benefits and privileges thereunto appertaining.
