§ 106-231. Prerequisite to moving or demolition of building.

Before any dwelling or other building having a connection to the wastewater utility sanitary sewer system is moved or demolished, the building sanitary sewer shall be disconnected at the adjacent property line. The remaining portion of the building sanitary sewer leading into the public sanitary sewer shall be sealed and made watertight.
