§ 10-69. Acceptance of unwanted dogs.

(a)

The animal control workers shall accept unwanted dogs from city residents upon the payment by such resident of the required fee therefor.

(b)

All dogs accepted by the city animal shelter as provided in this section shall become the property of the city.
