§ 114-60. Investigation; not to issue to certain persons.

Before issuing a permit under this division, the revenue officer shall investigate the facts set out in the application and shall not grant a permit to any person who, in the opinion of the revenue officer, after investigation, is not physically or morally fit to drive or operate a taxicab in the city.
