§ 118-1. Planning, zoning and sign ordinances saved from repeal.

Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this code affects any of the following:

(1)

Section 22-33 of the North Little Rock Municipal Code, 1980 edition, being the adoption of the master plan for Burns Park.

(2)

Sections 24-16, 24-17, 24-20 and 24-25 of the North Little Rock Municipal Code, 1980 edition, pertaining to the planning commission.

(3)

Ordinance No. 7674, being the city's sign ordinance.

(4)

Ordinance No. 7697, as amended, being the city's zoning ordinance.

(5)

Ordinance No. 6907, pertaining to appeals from the planning commission relative to ingress and egress.

(6)

Ordinance No. 7643, pertaining to requirements for subdivision surveys including horizontal control standards, vertical control standards, monumentation and digital file submittals.
