§ 18-66. Work and material list; compliance with ordinance.

The building official shall issue no building permits for repair, remodeling or siding work unless the director of community planning or his authorized deputy is furnished with a work and material list for the proposed project and it is determined by them that such work and materials will, when completed, comply with all ordinances of the city.
