§ 18-401. Standard Housing Code adopted.

(a)

There is hereby adopted by reference that publication known as the Standard Housing Code, 1994 Edition. Three copies of such publication are on file in the office of the city clerk.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of the publication adopted in subsection (a). A person in violation of the Standard Housing Code shall be punished by a fine as stated in NLRC § 1-8. Said fines may be enforced by either criminal or civil court actions.
