§ 18-466. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Removal means and includes, but is not limited to, removing all material and debris whenever it becomes necessary to demolish any building that has been condemned and found to be a nuisance by resolution of the city council.
