§ 2-401. Established; composition.

There is hereby created and established a department of commerce and governmental relations, which shall consist of the following personnel positions:
(1)

Director of commerce and governmental relations (formerly purchasing agent).

(2)

Assistant director for procurement (formerly assistant to purchasing agent).

(3)

Buyer (formerly office assistant II).

(4)

Courier.
