§ 2-739. Reports and statements to be submitted by mayor.

At the close of each month, and at any other time, if so ordered by the city council, the mayor shall have prepared for submission to the members of the council a statement of the condition of each departmental budget and such other reports as may be required of him. At the close of the year, the mayor shall submit to the members of the city council a complete report of the budget transactions of the year.
