§ 2-771. Nature and scope.

The budget for the city shall set forth all proposed expenditures for the administration, operation, maintenance and improvement of all offices and departments for the ensuing budget year, and expenditures for capital projects to be undertaken and/or completed during the year. In addition thereto, the budget shall set forth the anticipated income and other means of financing the proposed expenditures for the fiscal year.
