§ 30-36. Record of fees collected.

The clerk of the municipal court and the police department shall make and keep a monthly record of the fees and costs collected under this article and remit such fees and costs in the usual manner, to the city treasurer, and such fees and costs shall be used to assist in defraying the expenses of the municipal court.
