§ 62-3. Failure to return library property.

Any person who fails to return or pay the reasonable value of any property borrowed from the public library within 45 days from the date of the posting, by registered or certified mail, of a notice addressed to such person at the last address furnished the library, which notice may be given at any time after the date on which such person should have returned the property, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
