§ 83-21. Signs permitted in all zones.

The following signs are permitted in all zones:
(1)

All signs not requiring permits.

(2)

One construction sign for each street frontage of a construction project. Signs shall not be placed within a sight triangle.

(3)

One non-illuminated real estate sign per lot or premises. Signs shall not be placed within a sight triangle.

(4)

One attached nameplate sign.

(5)

Political signs. Signs shall not be placed within a sight triangle.

(6)

Two directional/information signs. Signs shall not be placed within a sight triangle.

(7)

One company or organizational flag that can be displayed from a permanently mounted flag pole.

Governmental signs.
