§ 94-8. Merchandise on sidewalks.

It shall be unlawful for any mercantile business to use any sidewalk, street or alley for display of goods, wares and merchandise for sale, either by placing such goods, wares and merchandise upon or suspending them over the sidewalks and streets or alleys or by using showcases on sidewalks, streets or alleys for the display of such goods, wares and merchandise.
