Editor's note

Ord. No. 7210, § 2, adopted Mar. 22, 1999, repealed the former § 10-99, which pertained to the fee of a dog license and derived from Code 1980, § 7-45. Ord. No. 7215, §§ 1—3, adopted Apr. 12, 1999, did not specifically amend the Code; hence inclusion as a new § 10-99 was at the editor's discretion.
